| The Hadley staff is excited to introduce the implementation of the Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) program that will be known as the "Wildcat Way". We believe that in order for students to succeed academically, we need to create a safe environment for them in which to learn. Students will continuously be taught the Wildcat Way to "Be Respectful, Be Responsible, and Be Safe" throughout the school year.
